GCL-Poly Signs Long-term Contract Coal Agreement with China Coal
Hong Kong, Sept 11, 2009 - (ACN Newswire) - GCL-Poly Power Fuel Company Limited ("Fuel Company"), a subsidiary of GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited ("GCL-Poly"), signed a five-year long-term contract coal agreement with China Coal Energy Company Limited ("China Coal") in Suzhou on September 9, 2009. General Manager of Fuel Company Mr. ZHANG Xiang and Vice President of China Coal Mr. NIU Jianhua signed the Agreement on behalf of each party. Both parties agreed to establish a long-term strategic relationship so as to better control market risks and to ensure coal supply to GCL-Poly's power plants as well as power plants under GCL-Poly's management. Senior management from GCL-Poly, GCL Group and China Coal Group as well as senior government officials attended the signing ceremony.
