Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. Distribution of 2010 Final Dividend

Hong Kong, July 15, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. ("MCC" or "The Company", stock code: 1618.HK) today announced the Company will pay a final dividend of RMB 0.0470 per Share (before tax) for the year ended 31 December 2010 to its shareholders whose names appeared on the register of members of the Company on 17 May 2011. Dividend payable to the holders of H shares of the Company will be calculated in Renminbi and paid in Hong Kong dollars based on the following formula:

Dividends in Hong Kong dollars = Dividend in Renminbi / Average mean price in Hong Kong dollars published daily by the People's Bank of China over a period of one calendar week prior to the AGM*

The average mean price in Hong Kong dollars published daily by the People's Bank of China over a period of one calendar week prior to the AGM* is RMB 0.83280 (RMB 0.83280 equivalent to HK$1.00). Accordingly, the amount of final dividend per H share of the Company is HK$ 0.0564 (before tax).

*" The AGM" refers to 2010 annual general meeting (held on 17 June 2011)
