| Founders Metals Inc. (TSXV: FDR) (OTCQX: FDMIF) (FSE: 9DL0) ("Founders" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a subscription agreement with Gold Fields Netherlands Services B.V., an affiliate of Gold Fields Limited (JSE: GFI) (NYSE: GFI) ("Gold Fields"), whereby Gold Fields will acquire 12,048,193 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"), at a price of $4.15 per Common Share by way of a non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $50,000,000. more info >> |
