At the event, Yasuhide Mizuno, President of Dongfeng Honda, announced its mid-term business plan with the key phrase "Challenge 1+." The "1" represents Dongfeng Honda's passion to become No. 1 in each area of business operations by quickly shifting gears from the new starting line, and the "+" represents its determination to take on new challenges to turn dreams into reality. Dongfeng Honda will strive to take the next leap forward by starting production at its second plant, which became operational last year with innovative production technologies, and by introducing six new models by the end of 2015.
Together with Dongfeng Honda, Honda will continue striving to deliver good products that go beyond the expectations of Chinese customers, with speed, affordability and low CO2 emissions.
