DETROIT, MI, Jan 7, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. (AAM), announces the following new officer appointments:
Alberto L. Satine has been appointed Senior Vice President, Global Driveline Operations. Satine will lead AAM's driveline business and manufacturing operations around the world.
Steven J. Proctor has been appointed Group Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development. Proctor will lead AAM's strategic growth initiatives and global sales activities.
David A. Culton has been appointed Vice President, Material Cost Optimization. In this new role, Culton will focus on all aspects and drivers of AAM's total cost structure.
Thomas J. Szymanski has been appointed President, AAM North America (Vice President, AAM Corporate). Szymanski will lead AAM's driveline manufacturing operations in North America.
