SHANGHAI, Dec 5, 2007 - (ACN Newswire) - Junjie Cui of the Shanghai Stock Exchange will give the opening address for a panel on corporate governance as part of the IR Magazine China Conference & Awards, to be held at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai on Wednesday, December 6. The panel will examine the current corporate governance standards of domestically listed Chinese companies and look at some of the key questions surrounding the issue of governance.
The panel is part of a one day investor relations conference held by IR Magazine. The conference features speakers from companies such as BASF, CapitaLand and SINA Corporation addressing key issues facing Chinese investor relations professionals. Topics for the conference include crisis management, corporate finance and valuation, IPO lessons and 'best practices' case studies.
The conference sessions will be held in both Mandarin and English
Top companies and individuals in Chinese IR will be recognized at the annual luncheon awards event. Awards will be given in categories such as best investor relations officer, most progress in investor relations, and best corporate governance.
