NAVTEQ Map for Singapore Enhanced with Yellow Pages(R)

CommunicAsia, Singapore, June 17, 2009 - (ACN Newswire) - NAVTEQ, the leading global provider of digital map, traffic and location data for in-vehicle, portable, wireless and enterprise solutions, announced today an agreement with Global Yellow Pages Media to make their Singapore listing information available for the NAVTEQ(R) map for Singapore. This new content joins NAVTEQ's extensive portfolio of extended listing products around the world. NAVTEQ's Yellow Pages(R) Extended Listings will provide customers access to over 46,000 business listings including small to medium-sized business in Singapore and contains information on businesses' addresses and phone numbers.

This information is used by NAVTEQ customers to enhance the functionality of navigation systems. When incorporated into the navigation system, end-users are able to locate their destination simply by entering the business name eliminating the need to know the business'
address to calculate a route.

"We are pleased to be able to enable a richer end-user experience by providing this content to our customers," stated Aaron Dannenbring, vice president Asia Pacific map and content products, NAVTEQ. "NAVTEQ's consumer research shows that consumers get frustrated with their navigation systems especially when information about POIs cannot be found on their devices. What this tells us is that inclusion of high quality Yellow Pages information has the potential to improve the consumers' experience and therefore have a positive impact on overall customer satisfaction."

Chairman of Global Yellow Pages Media, Stanley Tan adds, "Yellow Pages is excited to work with NAVTEQ. As a leader in data gathering and one with the most comprehensive and complete base, NAVTEQ users will be able to access the most current points of interests. We look forward to growing our partnership with NAVTEQ to bring even better user enjoyment of our common clients."

Yellow Pages is known for the quality and accuracy of their business listings. NAVTEQ will incorporate Singapore Yellow Pages business listing updates and make them available to NAVTEQ customers quarterly.
