| Ciber strengthens Board of Directors with well-respected and experienced technology leaders |
Greenwood Village, Co., Oct 8, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Ciber(R) Inc. (NYSE: CBR), a leading global IT consulting company, recently announced the appointments of Mark A. Floyd and H. Paulett Eberhart to the company's Board of Directors. With these additions, Ciber's Board consists of eight members.

Floyd joined Ciber's Board of Directors in the second quarter. He has extensive experience in the technology industry, serving most recently as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cyan, Inc. (now part of Ciena Corporation), a company dedicated to enabling software-defined network transformation through engineering innovation and customer-first culture. He also has served in executive positions at a number of information technology companies, including SafeNet, Entrisphere (now part of Ericsson) and Efficient Networks, and on the Board of Directors for Riverbed Technology, Inc.
Eberhart was elected to the Board of Directors last month. She served in the role of Chief Executive Officer and President at both CDI Corp., a company that provides engineering and technology solutions, and professional staffing services, and Invensys Process Systems (now Schneider Electric), a technology and engineering services company. Eberhart also served in executive-level positions over her more than 25-year tenure at IT solutions company EDS (now HP). She currently sits on the Boards of Directors of three public companies: Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Cameron International Corporation and LPL Financial.
