HONG KONG, Aug 30, 2016 - (ACN Newswire) - Neo Telemedia Limited ("Neo Telemedia" or the "Company;" stock code: 8167, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announced today that the Jiangmen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exhibition Center ("Exhibition Center"), an effort of the Jiangmen Municipal People's Government in partnership with the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Bluesea Mobile Development Company Limited ("Bluesea Mobile"), has commenced operation on 15 July 2016 to showcase the benefits of informatization powered by Big Data usage.
Big Data opens up new directions for industries and start-ups, as well as business models and presents new investment opportunities. Bluesea Mobile is a partner of the Jiangmen Municipal People's Government in the roll out of the Exhibition Center Project. It is a kick-off project to provide full-fledged assistance to the information industry of Jiangmen, using Big Data of government operations, and to become a model for centers of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in China. Employing business cloud and data integration technologies and through applying them innovatively, Zhuxishugu is going to build a Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in China*, a Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Start-ups in China* as well as a City of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Local and Overseas Chinese Start-ups*. The Exhibition Center is a milestone marking the kick-off of Zhuxishugu.
Using the Group's large-scale cloud computing centers in Southern China, Bluesea Mobile participated in the pre-investment stage as well as the design and construction of the Exhibition Center. Playing a crucial role in the Zhuxishugu Project, the Exhibition Center provides transparent, highly effective and convenient services to the public and also offers comprehensive assistance and integrated services including financial services to small enterprises.
The Exhibition Center has two floors. The first floor is home to the Xiaowei Shuangchuang Presentation Services Center* and the Jiangmen Citizen e-Government Experience Center* for serving members of the public and providing enhanced government services to small enterprises. On the second floor, there is the Entrepreneurship of Chinese Youth*, which offers integrated business and financial services, plus value-added services such as a coffee shop and showcase area, to industrial incubatees and small enterprises. The provision of such comprehensive services by Zhuxishugu will help to attract more professionals to join the technology industry and start their own businesses, which will in turn drive industrial upgrades and the sustainable growth of the economy.
