HONG KONG, Nov 26, 2010 - (ACN Newswire) - China Innovation Investment Limited ("China Innovation", Stock Code: 1217.HK), the company focuses on the investment of "Four-New Industries", is actively expanding its investment portfolio coverage to the LED ergonomics, to enhance its strength in the "New Light Resources" investment, and further establish its investment concept for the dual-use of military and civil technology.
Through the rational combination and interaction of human, machine and the environment, ergonomics is an application designed for users to achieve greater efficiency and security. The mechanism gradually penetrated into different levels, including the energy saving dual-use products.
The Equity Interests and Shareholders' Loan Swap Agreement that China Innovation agreed on, is for the sake of investing in Aesthetic Vision Limited ("Aesthetic Vision"). Not only it can enhance the Company's strength in the "New Light Resources", on the other hand it would be an important step for entering the LED ergonomics investment.
According to the Agreement, China Innovation agrees to swap the 150 A shares and 2,250 B shares it holds in the equity interests of Dooda Innovation Limited("Dooda Innovation") for the 1,890 B shares that Joy China Group Limited ("Joy China") holds in the equity interests of Aesthetic Vision. At the same time, the Company will swap the shareholders' loan of Dooda Innovation amounted to HK$51,352,252 for the shareholders' loan of Aesthetic Vision amounted to HK$51,352,252.
Aesthetic Vision as an enterprise using new illuminants, is well-equipped with strong R & D technology, and mainly engaged in the development of LED lighting products. The company also possessed a patented technology of LED Ergonomics, in which to easily adapt to human-computer environment in an area with new light resources. Its products are widely used in military and civil markets, including tanks, aircraft, vehicles and vessels.
The technology of LED Ergonomics is based on the ideas of ergonomics, the LED lighting products produced with this technology have the characteristics of high luminous efficiency, less power consumption, appropriate light flux, free colour temperature, healthy spectrum and compliance to ergonomics. Aesthetic Vision is also planning to further develop the field of LED ergonomics, the company is enjoying greater advantage over Dooda Innovation in the field of new illuminants in terms of technology research and market development.
As China Innovation intended to invest on an industrial chain integrating the four new industries to integrate the application of the new energy technology and products, the new lighting technology and products, and the new materials processing technology products into solar-energy products, such as electric vehicle using solar energy, solar energy notebook computer, solar energy outdoor lighting, and solar energy integrated unit, which would serve both military production and civic purposes. The technologies and products of Aesthetic Vision could match the requirements of the Company in industrial chain technologies and products better than that of Dooda Innovation, while enhancing the Company's strength in the "new light resources" field on the other hand, which is considered as an important step for the LED ergonomics investment.
