POWER-GEN Asia Continues to Gather Industry Support

KUALA LUMPUR, May 26, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - POWER-GEN Asia, the region's premier conference and exhibition for the power generation, transmission and distribution industries, to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 27th to 29th September 2011, continues to gain industry support across the region.

As well as the recently announced endorsements from the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water; Tenaga Nasional Berhad; Sarawak Energy and the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga), the support of Sabah Electricity, the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), The Electrical and Electronics Association of Malaysia (TEEAM) and the Malaysian Society for Engineering & Technology (MSET) has also been confirmed.

Diverse Solutions for the Region's Power Industry Challenges POWER-GEN Asia is due to announce its preliminary conference programme soon, which aims to address the future energy strategies, as well as look at the latest developments and technical solutions.
