TOKYO, June 8, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - China Innovationpay Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that SYSCAN Technology Holdings Limited (8083.HK) has officially changed its name to "China Innovationpay Group Limited". Meanwhile, the Company, together with Yinsheng E-Pay Co., Ltd. and Kanghui Financial (Beijing) E-Commerce Co., Ltd. ("Kanghui E-Commerce"), held a signing ceremony for a cooperation project on marketing and sales of Yinsheng Prepaid Card.
The Company also announces the appointment of Mr. Xia Bin as the chief economic consultant of the Group. Mr. Xia is a consellor of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, a member of the Monetary Policy Commission of the People's Bank of China and Director of the Finance Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council.
