According to a recent Employee Insight Survey 94% of bilingual professionals also feel overseas experience is valuable on a CV, but cost of living (22%) remains one of the top concerns.

With an increasing number of multinational companies entering Korea and domestic firms looking to expand globally, Korean workers are finding international transfers to be an increasingly important attribute for professional development and success.
