TOKYO, Mar 29, 2017 - (JCN Newswire) - Showa Denko ("SDK"; TSE:4004) today gained approval to extend the deadline for submission of its annual securities report in accordance with paragraph 3, Article 15-2 of Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs. This follows SDK's application based on paragraph 1, Article 15-2 of the ordinance as announced in the news release of March 27, 2017 entitled "SDK to Apply for Extension of Deadline for Annual Securities Report."
