This is mainly attributable to the Company's embedded flash (eFlash) solution that has won recognition and support by its excellent reliability performance from more and more smart meter chip suppliers.
As a leader in the field of embedded non-volatile memory, Hua Hong Semiconductor has been active in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector for years, delivering a full spectrum of solutions including embedded SONOS Flash and SuperFlash technologies, as well as two derivative process platforms: eFlash + high voltage (HV) and eFlash + radio frequency (RF), which combine the advanced embedded flash, low-power digital-analog mixed signal, and low-cost CMOS RF technologies on technology nodes from 0.18um to 0.11um.
