TOKYO, Mar 1, 2019 - (JCN Newswire) - Fujitsu Limited has announced its new graduate recruitment plans for fiscal 2020, as well as its mid-career recruitment plans for fiscal 2019. The company places emphasis on prospective employees' potential for future growth in the organization, regardless of whether they are new graduates or mid-career applicants.
Fujitsu will proceed with hiring with an eye toward the best job type for each applicant based on their expertise, including positions for data scientists, security engineers, and AI engineers, seeking to secure diverse and exceptional talent from both overseas and within Japan.
In its recruitment of new graduates for fiscal 2020, Fujitsu plans to hire 750 new graduates, the same number as in the previous year's plan, in order to maintain stable annual recruitment, regardless of short term changes in the economic climate.
For its recruitment of mid-career personnel in fiscal 2019, Fujitsu plans to recruit 150 people. As a services oriented company with a base in technology, the company will concentrate its management resources in the "Technology Solutions" area that represents the core of its business.
With the growth of its digital business, Fujitsu continuously strives to realize the value sought by its customers and users of its services and solutions.
Fujitsu will carry out fair hiring activities, in accordance with the Japan Business Federation's "Guidelines on Recruitment and Selection."
