HONG KONG, Aug 17, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - China Innovation Investment Limited ("China Innovation", Stock Code: 1217.HK) is delighted to announce that, the Company is expected to record a profit for the six months ended 30 June 2011 as compared to a loss for the same period in 2010.
The board of directors of China Innovation revealed that, the Company is expected to record a profit for the six months ended 30 June 2011 as compared to a loss for the six months ended 30 June 2010. The expected profit was mainly attributable to the increase of the interest income earned from interest-bearing debt instrument.
The information contained in this announcement is only the preliminary assessment by the Company based on the management accounts which has not been confirmed nor audited by the auditors of the Company. The interim results announcement for the six months ended 30 June 2011 is expected to be published on 18 August 2011(coming Thursday).
