HONG KONG, Oct 6, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Sino Light Enterprise (Shenzhen) Limited ("SLE"), a 43.65%-owned associate of Sandmartin International Holdings Limited ("Sandmartin"; HKSE: 482) and a 20.64%-owned associate of IMAGI International Holdings Limited ("IMAGI"; HKSE: 585), the parent company of Toon Express Group, is pleased to announced that it has entered into an e-commerce collaboration agreement with Beijing Xing Chang Xin Da Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("XCXD"), to set up, operate and maintain the official and flagship online stores "XiYangYang Official Online Store" and "XiYangYang Taobao Flagship Store". The collaboration further extends channel network of "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" to target online shoppers.
XCXD is one of China's leading e-Commerce platforms and is a subsidiary of Fireswirl Technologies Inc. which is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada. Through this partnership, SLE is to set up flagship online stores to sell apparel with "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" branding for two years effective from 22 August, 2011. In addition, SLE will open its Taobao store selling "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" merchandise on 1 November, 2011.

On 21 December 2010, SLE entered into a licensing agreement with an affiliate of Disney Enterprises, Inc ("Disney"), the master licensee of the "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" brand, to manufacture and distribute children's apparel under the brand for kids from 0-14 years old for three years in mainland China. SLE targets to open more than 1,100 "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" retail shops nationwide in three years through the establishment of various types of sales outlets such as flagship stores, shop-in-shops and franchised outlets. The first "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" retail store was opened on 1 October, 2011 in Zhuhai, China, and SLE expects 5 more shops will be opened within this month.
